RideSignal Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the RideSignal mobile application handles information.

1. No account required

RideSignal does not require users to create an account or sign in. The current version does not operate a RideSignal user-account backend.

2. Information used by the app

RideSignal may access device capabilities to provide its signaling features:

3. Voice recognition

Voice Commands use the speech-recognition services available on the operating system. Depending on the device and system configuration, the operating-system speech provider may process speech on-device or using its own service. RideSignal does not operate its own voice-recording server and does not retain voice recordings in a RideSignal backend.

4. Location

The current Auto Direction implementation processes compatible device sensor information locally and is not a navigation feature. It does not require GPS to decide left or right turns. If a future RideSignal feature uses device location, this policy and the app's permission disclosures will be updated before that feature is released.

5. Advertising and analytics

The current version of RideSignal does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising, or app analytics SDKs operated by RideSignal.

6. Data sales and tracking

RideSignal does not sell personal data and does not use user data to track users across third-party apps or websites.

7. Children

RideSignal is a general cycling, running and walking utility and is not designed primarily for young children.

8. Security and safety

RideSignal is a supplemental visibility and signaling aid. It does not replace legally required lights, reflectors, hand signals, traffic rules, or safe riding practices.

9. Changes to this policy

If RideSignal adds features that materially change how information is handled, this policy will be updated before or with the relevant app release.

RideSignal รุ่นปัจจุบันไม่มี Advertising SDK ไม่มีโฆษณาแบบติดตามพฤติกรรม และไม่มี Analytics SDK ที่ดำเนินการโดย RideSignal

6. การขายข้อมูลและการติดตาม

RideSignal ไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลผู้ใช้เพื่อติดตามผู้ใช้ข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลอื่น

7. เด็ก

RideSignal เป็นเครื่องมือทั่วไปสำหรับการปั่นจักรยาน วิ่ง และเดินและไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กเล็กเป็นหลัก

8. ความปลอดภัย
